Our Mission
TTS is non profit organization dedicated to community service. Our mission is to equip our clients with skills to participate and succeed and prosper in the ever-changing marketplace through dedication, technology, innovative construction and vocational training, as well as, counseling services. Transitional Training Services (TTS) staff is dedicated to providing the personal attention needed to ensure the success of all of our clients by instilling them with a sense of purpose and self-worth.
History
For more than eight years now, our training services have been utilized in conjunction with Najlia International Construction Company on numerous projects throughout the city of Chicago. Many of our projects have included outreach services of training the disadvantaged, hiring them as personnel and affording them the opportunity to receive hands-on-training and experience. We have also delivered similar vocational training services in Africa, as a partner to the African Crusade Mission. Najlia International, our primary and principal affiliate, has been instrumental in helping us assist a number of physically-disabled and formerly incarcerated individuals by offering them a specific skill set, thereby giving them the ability to gain employment as journeymen or become entrepreneurs.
